You will get unlimited contract logs, unlimited users and can make unlimited amends to your induction – all at no extra cost, and payments are either taken monthly  or by project duration.

No! There is no minimum or maximum number you can have. We support all types of companies – from small to large.

Don’t worry – provided you have given 30 days’ notice we will cancel your payment. So, if you know an induction is no longer needed, let us know, and we’ll make sure payments are stopped.

GetOnSite keeps everything straightforward. When you want to publish your first site induction you will be given the option to set up a monthly Direct Debit or Credit Card. Alternatively to can pay by BACs for 12 months or for the project duration in advance.

The payment will be automatically taken monthly. If you want to cancel your subscription, just let us know!

Invoices will be stored in your administrator portal.

No, you just need to give us 30 days notice to cancel payments, or, if we know the project end date upfront, we will stop the payments when your project finishes.

That’s up to you! We can or you can. Either way, we’ll be with you every step of the way.

If you would like our team of technical experts to create your induction simply:

  • Send your induction information over to our technical team. We’ll then build your induction on our system, with your company branding and get it back to you within 48-hours.
  • Once you’ve signed off the induction, you will be issued with a unique pin to be issued to your inductees.

We can build a fully personalised induction and train staff to use the system within 48 hours, however, this is depended on client sign off. Once an induction is approved the induction can go live instantly.

Below is a step-by-step guide on getting your induction launch ready.

Step One: Agree a go-live date with the client. At this point we would ask for a branded PowerPoint to include in the induction.

Step Two: Our technical team will build your induction – unless you would like to build it yourself, in which case we will provide you with full training.

Step Three: Send induction to client to sign off. We will make any amends at no extra cost.

Step Four: Once the induction has been signed off, we will arrange training for staff and send you your launch packs.

Step Five: Launch induction.

Inductions can be completed between 1- 5 days in  advance.

The inductee will be given an access code which they will present when arriving on site. You’ll also be able to check on the administration system by viewing the list of completed logs.

Multiple choice questions can be added to inductions to test understanding, so you can be sure inductees are fully competent.

No, however we do provide construction sites with a CSCS card reader for their first site.

A CSCS card reader is a quick way of checking cards and links to the CITB website. Having a reader speeds up the manual checking in process.

We provide a free card reader for any free trial construction organisation that then remains a client.

All data is kept on encrypted, confidential and secure cloud servers which are protected and monitored 24/7. Your data remains your property and we would never share your data with anyone else unless by your request.

A data protection agreement will be issued during your registration process. If the agreement is not signed, we will not proceed with your registration.

Video inductions are a great way to succinctly communicate safety information.

We create videos that are fully personalised to your company. Once created, it is yours to own – so you can use it on your website, in your site office or wherever you like!

Videos usually take between 4-6 weeks to produce, depended on what your organisation has in place.

Payment is simple. You can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or by BACs. Payments must be made in advance of any video being created.
