Moving to an online induction system helped reduce the spread of Covid-19.
CTS Shopfitting Ltd., one of the most successful shopfitting companies in the UK, prides itself on providing safe systems of work that minimise the risk associated with their quality fit-out and refurbishment services. CTS operate 24 hour working shifts with contractors arriving on site at various times of the day and night. This meant that site managers’ time was taken up delivering staff inductions every time a contractor arrived.
