Referrals

  1. Participants who have been entered into the GetOnSite Get Referring campaign (‘the campaign’) will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of GetOnSite as set out herein.
  2. In order to be eligible to participate in the campaign:
    • You must be a UK business.
  3. The onus is on the individual referring their friend to select the option as determined by their company gift policy.
  4. For each successful referral, you will receive a £100 Amazon gift voucher.
  5. By participating in the campaign, you authorise GetOnSite to contact your friend at the contact details you have provided.
  6. A successful referral is deemed to be one where the friend is granted the free 30-day trial demonstration of the GetOnSite induction platform.
  7. The Amazon gift voucher(s) will be sent to the person nominated by you within a reasonable time-period after converting the friend to a client.
  8. GetOnSite will, in its sole discretion, administer the campaign and the logistics around the fulfilment of the gift voucher(s) or subscription(s).
  9. All decisions are final and no negotiations and/or correspondence will be entered into between GetOnSite and participants in this regard.
  10. If you have referred GetOnSite to your friend, you will be notified via email within a reasonable period after you referred your friend in order to select your gift option.
  11. The person referring their friend may be asked to confirm certain details pertaining to it or to its GetOnSite account before the Amazon gift voucher(s) is  allocated.
  12. GetOnSite assumes no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage which you may suffer arising from your participation in the campaign.
  13. Any abuse of the campaign by any person whatsoever constitutes an offence and may lead to legal action being taken against such person.
  14. GetOnSite reserves the right to cancel or terminate the campaign immediately and without notice if required (i) as a result of regulation, legislation or by any competent authority or (ii) on such other grounds as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary. You acknowledge that you will have no recourse against GetOnSite as a result of such cancellation. GetOnSite can change the rules of the campaign throughout its duration.
  15. The paragraphs in these terms and conditions are severable. This means that if any paragraph in these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, it will be removed, and the remaining paragraphs will still apply.
